Shitty Job?

I can't speak for everyone, but it seems that most folks these days aren't too satisfied with their jobs (those of us fortunate enough to still have our jobs that is.) I know my job isn't nearly as satisfying as it once was. I think one big reason companies have taken to treating employees so shitty is due to the lack of jobs.
